How to Make a Warranty Claim

Resolution

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or issue a refund. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Commercial use:

No warranty is available if product is being used for commercial use or was purchased by a lawn care company.
